One of the most common questions I get is, do I need a fishing license to fish on your boat? The answer is, no. I operate under a fully accredited fishing charter license and exemption certificate which allows my customers to fish without an individual fishing license. These licenses are part of our annual fees with the department of primary industries who take care of our water ways and primary fishing industry.
